Stress Relief I went to see Amanda regarding performance anxiety and stress around work. My anxiety levels were so high that my health was suffering and I had had to stop work in order to recover. Amanda very quickly and gently enabled me to get to the root cause of my high stress levels, identifying a deep fear of failure. Even though I still don’t really understand how it works, EFT cleared issues that I have suffered with for years in a surprisingly safe and easy way.I now relish a new sense of freedom to try new things confidently and to enjoy them whether I succeed or not. Even when I don’t succeed I still have the confidence and enthusiasm to have another go. In fact, I am succeeding more and acknowledging it because what clouded me before has gone. Amanda is compassionate, approachable, professional and very skilled at what she does. I can’t recommend her too highly.
