What is hot stone massage?

Hot stone massage uses a Chakra blend of oils which is heated before application, basalt stones are heated before use and the body massaged with the hot stones. The heat penetrates those sore muscles and eases aches and pains.

As the massage progresses, the hot stones are placed under and on your body and you are wrapped in a towel for the heat to finish its work. Smaller stones are placed between each of your toes and face and head are massaged.

You are left in your own quiet space for 10 minutes atthe end of your treatment and small, cold riverstones replace the now cooler stones on forehead and face.

This is really helpful if you have any sinus problems and is very refrehing. You will leave feeling revitalised
