What is Tapas Acupressure Technique?
TAT is an energy Psychology technique because it works via the body’s energy systems. It is a very simple technique where you will be asked to place your hands/fingers on four specific points on the face and back of the head. This is called the “TAT Pose”. Whilst holding this pose you will then be asked to concentrate your attention on certain statements. At the same time the energy directed between your hands frees energy that has been stuck in thoughts, feelings and past experiences related to your particular problem.
When trauma occurs in your life, this creates a blockage in your energy system and creates an imbalance which ultimately creates, emotional, mental and physical disharmony. The aim of TAT is to rebalance the energy flow and bring harmony back to the mind, body, and emotions.
