Shift work increases risk of heart problems
The british mediacal journal has released information on a study involving 2 million workers. Its finding discovered that any one who is involved in shift work over 11 hours a day or night shift work, increase there chances of cardiac damage.
The BMJ study calculated that shift work was linked to a 23% increased risk of heart attack, 24% increased risk of coronary event and 5% increased risk of stroke.
