Treatment for Anxiety disorders

A report on Anxiety disorders written in Harvard medical by Michael Mufson, M.D assistant professor of psychiatry at Harvard medical school, suggests different alternatives instead of heavy medications such as beater blockers. The report indicates other uses of therapies such as Hypnosis, exercise, meditation & Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

Thankfully there has never before been so many therapies to help control anxiety,It also includes information on the many types of anxiety disorders, their symptoms, causes, and getting a proper diagnosis, as well as advice on making treatment work for you.

All practitioners of the CTC are excited about how mainstream medicine is beginning to acknowledge that emotion can manifest on a physical plain and that sedating the feeling doesn't get rid of what is triggering the anxiety the only thing that will prevent the anxiousness is therapy.
