Therapy for Back pain
Every patient is different and there are many different therapies and techniques that can ease symptoms of back pain. With this in mind a therapist will look at different activities be it work or socially, and this can give the therapist a good indication why the patient is suffering from back pain.
A good example of a patients with backpain is some one in a office job who has decided to run a charity marathon and is suffering with back pain, shin splints etc. Physiotherapy, massage and acupuncture would be effective in tackling these problems and of course a change in exercise.

Hypnotherapy can be very effective in relieving or lessening the severity of pain. There are studies available involving patients going through surgery without any pain relief using techniques such as Emotional freedom Technique, NLP and sum rapid eye movement techniques known as EMDR.
Below is a video of a 67 year old woman going through a knee operation without any anaesthetic using self hypnosis instead.
