We can support workers through our triage clinic which is the most efficient & effective way of tackling a large number of absentee workers within a set time.

The foundation of our Triage team consist of a minimum of 5 highly qualified and very experienced professionals assessing and dealing with a patients fast and effectively. As one client is assessed then the treatment can begin immediately, priding ourselves in the speed and effectiveness of this strategy.

Through absenteeism

With a thorough assessment we can find what variant of treatment a worker needs.

Firstly if they have physical pain through injury or disease we will combat this immediately with therapies such as:

• Pain management
• Tuina massage
• Homeopathy
• EFT
• Physiotherapy
• Chiropractic treatment
• Herbalism ( with consultant herbalist)
• Acupuncture
• Counselling

With any issue that can leave a worker absent from a working environment it can be a nerve racking experience, getting back to work, but with our life coaching and HR team we can support any absent worker & help them prepare. If a worker needs more support for any psychological issues then this can be provided by the team.

Through prevention

When preventative measures are in place for a workforce we can tackle any problem that could arise, be it a catch net for your workforce.

All our course’s, contracts or wellbeing days are over seen by contracted HR professionals, providing therapy and support for any Hr team, covering all bases with investors in people particularly in relation to the new IIP health &well being award, this will bring out the very best from your workforce.

Triage Clinic contracts

The triage clinic runs for a half day once a week. Businesses can buy a 25 or 50 week course of treatment, this depends on the size of a workforce being treated.

This is a flexible approach, you can monitor your absentee workers and see if they are eligible for treatment. We have the capacity to treat 20 workers in one half a day session.
In 25 weeks we will have treated 420 workers.

Every two months we will send you a feed back report of each worker, this will not break patient confidentiality laws, though it will give you an insight of the success of our treatments and the beneficial affect CTC treatment is having on your worker force. There will also be a compliance report notifying your department if workers have not attended.
