The Tai Chi, benefits of practicing Tai Chi on a regular basis has shown improvements in:- Respiration and circulation, Lowers blood pressure, Reduces stress related illness, Improves posture and balance.
Classes will be suitable for all ages and fitness levels, no special equipment required just wear trainers and comfortable clothing.
Cost of class for 11 weeks would be either £40:00 paid in advance or £4:00 per session paid on attendance.
Classes start Tuesday April 1st 2008. 1:00pm to 2:00pm
