Homeopathy

Homeopathy is one of the most familiar of the alternative therapies and is widely used alongside conventional medicine. The approach is holistic with the overall state of health with the patient, especially his or her psychological and emotional well-being, regarded as being highly significant.

A Homeopathic remedy must be suitable both for the symptoms and the characteristics and temperament of the patient. Hence two patients with the same illness may be offered different remedies suited to their individual natures. Likewise, one remedy may be used to treat different groups of symptoms or ailments.

Homeopathic remedies are based on the concept that “like cures like”, an ancient philosophy that was revived in the 19th century. They are derived from plant, animal or mineral sources.

Substances used are first soaked in alcohol to extract their essential ingredients and to produce a solution called the ‘Mother Tincture’. This is then diluted several times with the more dilute remedies being held to have greater potency. The remedies are made into tablets or they may be used in the form of ointment, solutions powders, suppositories etc.

Homeopathy is a gentle therapy suitable for all age groups, and for many ailments and conditions, included those related to ageing.

I have suffered back-aches for many years and was always in pain. My sister told me about Billy Bhaker and put me in touch with him. Billy told me about all the different treatments the centre offers and I decided to have hot-stone massage and homeopathy medicines and after a month or so my back had improved exceptionally well and I was able to do all things I loved doing like gardening and swimming.
I want to thank him for being so understanding and helping me to get back on my feet. Thank you once again. Mrs Lord
