Yvonne Ward - Counsellor
How Person Centred Counselling Can Help....
As individuals, we are all unique and sometimes we can become overwhelmed and struggle to cope with what life brings. I believe that person centred counselling offers a supportive, warm and safe environment where you can explore any thoughts or feelings, or difficulties you may be experiencing.
Talking to someone who is not related in a confidential setting can be beneficial and may be helpful for such issues as, relationship problems, anxiety, depression, bereavement and stress.
As your counsellor, you will find fundamental to my practice is my ability to offer you acceptance and understanding and this may enable you to find your way forward through your feelings and can help bring about positive change.
The individual sessions we have together can be for the short term or for a longer period.
Our first session will be an opportunity to see if we can work together.
