Hazel Lambourne
I first became interested in nutrition as a result of personal health problems. Having experienced the benefits of optimum nutrition for myself I embarked upon a distance learning course and graduated with a diploma in optimum nutrition in 2005. I am also a member of BANT (British Association of Nutritional Therapist).
This has qualified and equipped me to help many other people change their nutrition and lifestyle. As a result they have improved their sense of well being and reduced their risk of chronic health problems such as obesity, heart disease strokes and cancer.
As well as practising as a Nutritional Therapist I have twenty years nursing experience and currently work as a practice nurse. I also worked as a midwife for ten years and have counselled women about nutrition and diet before, during and after pregnancy.
