Anne Holloway - Clinical Reflexologist & massage Therapist
Reflexology or zone therapy is the practice of stimulating points on the feet, hands and ears, in order to encourage a beneficial effect on other parts of the body, or to try to improve general health.

Background
Anne found out about reflexology through her best friend after her family had been dramatically affected by major illnesses.
Even though Anne had always been interested in holistic therapies she had no knowledge of reflexology. The conversation with her friend had a major impact on her life and career.
Qualifications
After a little investigation Anne embarked on a rigorous and lengthy course of study. During a four -year period Anne successfully completed a foundation degree in complementary therapies at Stockport College followed by a BSc at Salford University. She is also an advanced practitioner of the Association of Reflexology, which allows Anne to work in the NHS.
Anne says: "Reflexology can provide a wealth of benefits to a wide range of people from all walks of life – my youngest patient is 2 and the oldest is 86."
